How to Choose the Right Coord Set Size
A coord set is two garments sized by one decision, so getting the number right matters more than it does for separates. Ten minutes with a measuring tape solves it.
Measure yourself first
- Bust: around the fullest part, tape level, arms down.
- Waist: the narrowest point, usually just above the navel. Do not pull the tape tight.
- Hip: around the fullest part, roughly 20 cm below the waist.
Measure over light clothing, not over a thick kurta. If two of your three numbers point to the same size, take that size.
House of PRJ size chart (inches, body measurements)
| Size | Bust | Waist | Hip |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | 34 | 28 | 36 |
| M | 36 | 30 | 38 |
| L | 38 | 32 | 40 |
| XL | 40 | 34 | 42 |
These are body measurements, not garment measurements. Each set is cut with ease on top of them, so you do not need to size up for comfort.
Relaxed or tailored?
- Tailored: take your measured size. The set follows your line and reads more formal.
- Relaxed: take one size up. Expect a looser drape on both halves — not just the top.
Note that sizing up changes the trouser length feel too. If you are petite, a tailored fit usually looks better than an oversized one.
Three common sizing mistakes
- Sizing to the top only. The bottom half is the one that has to fit; tops carry more ease.
- Forgetting fabric behaviour. Linen relaxes with wear; cotton holds its shape. The care guide explains how much movement to expect after washing.
- Sizing up twice. One size up is relaxed. Two is a different garment.
If it still isn't right
Every order carries a 7-day replacement window, so a size swap is straightforward — you can start one from the replacement page and track it on the site.
